1. Open the client gallery page using the link provided in the email.
2. Enter the password you were given to access the gallery and view the list of images.
3. Click on the image you would like to download to open the individual image page. On this page, click the icon indicated by the arrow at the top center of the screen. You will see the options “Original” and “All available originals.”
4. ・Select “① Original” to download only the currently displayed image.
・Select “② All available originals” to download all images in the gallery at once.
5. When you select “All available originals”, the following message will appear.
6. Select Download Option A or B. ※ Both Option A and Option B provide the exact same files (same images, quality, and file size). The only difference is the download method and stability.
【Option A: Download Now】
You can download the ZIP files immediately by clicking the link displayed after requesting the download. Please note that this option requires a fast and stable internet connection, especially for larger downloads.
【Option B: Download via Email (Recommended)】
Enter your email address and click Request. The system will bundle the files together in the background, and you will receive an email with a download link once the process is complete. This option is recommended for large downloads, as it provides a faster and more stable downloading experience.
7. Once you’ve received the email, click on the link (or links) to download the images.
Please download the images within seven days, as the download link(s) will expire after that time. If seven days have passed, you’ll need to visit the site again and restart the download process.
Once downloaded, the ZIP file will need to be decompressed or unzipped before the images can be viewed or shared.
