1. Open the client gallery page using a mobile device.
2. Enter the password you were given to access the gallery and view the list of images.
3. Tap on the image you would like to download and tap the Download icon in the bottom-right corner of the image. ※This step is important, as images cannot be downloaded from the screen where multiple images are displayed at once.
※ Mobile devices are best for saving one or a few images. For downloading full galleries or multiple images at once, I recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
